Mike is an All-Star. He went out of his way to help me in a crisis moment and fixed my car on the spot. He is very personable and impressive with his knowledge. I can tell how passionate he is about his job and helping others in need

Feel like I need to do my due diligence by writing this review because my experience here with the owner was really too unbearable for me not to. I sort of feel morally obligated despite how dramatic that might sound. Because I know I’ll probably leave some things out, I want to say right off the bat the only reason I’m giving three stars rather than one is because he decided not to charge me after wasting three hours of my time. To try to be concise, I called for an a/c fix when I already had the compressor. I wanted to call the mobile service but he led me to believe coming to the shop would be easier, so I did. From the time I got there, he was wasting a lot of time. Despite that he told me I was next in line and how the next job would be a “waiter”, he turned my experience into a waiter. After seeing my part and not even installing it, he went into his small office/ shop for 30 minutes, he never came out to say anything at all during that time. He then spent the next hour to hour and a half on the phone and only few and far inbetween his phone conversations including ordering other parts for other customers that had nothing to do with my job, did he take the few small steps to

Excellent experience all around. Mike came and towed my car after hours for a very reasonable price and had my car back on the road the next day. Great communication throughout, including a clear rundown of what had happened and what the remedy was. Price was more than fair and I definitely felt positive about everything. Was referred by an acquaintance so was a bit wary but I’m a customer for life now! Very trustworthy shop which is a rarity these days. Glad they are part of our community!!

Mike is really good with the wrench, is a nice guy, smart, has a good heart. I had to do a little bit of waiting but you got to listen to the circumstances as he explains. He needs to work on getting Less on his plate because he's getting a lot of automobiles up and running. I had a bit of frustration from some delays, but we worked as a team and he got two vehicles running for $375 so he can definitely get your vehicles running with his knowledge and do it for a good price, and he is only 32 so he willI get better and is helping the community however as I have businesses there are many Karen's in the world today, so if you can work with people and be patient he's your guy, if you're the type of person who is a Karen and just looks for an excuse to complain save him the headaches and go elsewhere.

This place is a nightmare . Mike showed up at 1am and decidedd what he said the problem was . He worked for an hour or so then left saying he had to go get the part and put in an alternator. He didn't show back up till like 4am where he was asleep in the parking lot . When he did wake up he worked for a few mins and then said he had to run and do a thing and that he is leaving his apprentice ..and his apprentice ended up cutting a wire he wasn't supposed to . For the next two days it was numouras text saying he was on his way and not showing . He had his wife message me to give me my key back while my car is still on Jack's unfinished I dont even know what he did to tell the next person I get to work on my car . This place and this guy are awful I do not recommend them
